At Riverbeki.com, we want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience. When we take care of your orders, products and ensure safe delivery, in that process, we follow certain steps to deliver seamless services. Please read our customer support principles and return policy here 

Once an order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation mail on your email.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours. The docket number is mentioned in your email.

After shipping, the order can not be cancelled. The invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

We have standard shipping charges Rs 165/-. You can order upto 3 kg of products in it.

Due to ongoing restrictions, there might be a little delay in some cases, depending on the region.

From time to time, We generate coupon to reward our buyers. Coupons have a validity period.

We may send you an email requesting you to share your shopping experience with us.

Know About Our Shipping Charges

At present, We Have a Flat Shipping Charge of Rs165. This amount is applicable up to 3 kg of Order by Weight. The higher the Order Value and weight, the same charge gets evenly distributed giving you the benefits of discounted average cost.

Every time our customers order a product online from us earn Coupons. We time to time share those coupon codes with our buyers. They have certain timeline validity. By timely applying that Coupon on our E-Store, Customers can get special rates on their favourite buys.

When you receive the goods in damaged condition | what should you do?

Tea & Spices: We take utmost care to deliver your products swiftly and attentively. However, in unforeseen cases, there can be damage to it during transportation. If you receive your products in damaged condition, please notify us by email or with a phone call within 24 hours. You are requested to share an image of the damage. In such case, depending on your wish, we may recall the damaged parcel and replace or We can recall the products and initiate a return for your amount. If you suspect that products are damaged, Don’t open the primary packaging. Once primary packaging is opened and the seal is broken, there will be no replacement. Subsequently, there will not be any refund.

When you receive a defective Tea ware/Glassware or Broken Tea ware/Glassware | What you should do?

If you happen to receive defective tea ware, you can raise returns and replacement queries by sending an email to roy@riverbeki.com or by making a phone call within 24 hours of the purchase. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.

If you happen to receive a damaged teaware or gift box, you can raise returns and replacement queries by sending an email to roy@riverbeki.com/ by making a phone call within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

If you receive your package in damaged or broken condition, please inform us on phone call/send us the images of the damaged carton within 24hrs of delivery through email. We request you to mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

Additional Notes

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer for tea ware.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at roy@riverbeki.com and we will arrange the pick up at your registered address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should be available to handover the product to our courier agent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
